From an ISU Athletic Dept. media release:
Iowa State University announced Wednesday that it fully anticipates exceeding last year’s record setting season football ticket sales of 40,547 and also expects to continue to have more than 50,000 fans attend home games which currently stands at 13 straight games.
“As of this morning we have sold-out of season tickets in the end-zone and only have a few scattered single tickets left in the non-donor cardinal ($225) and gold ($175) sections," said Justin Thompson, Director of Ticket Sales. “At this point we only have a limited supply of full-price donor tickets ($375) and hillside ($125) tickets available”.

A limited supply of season tickets located in the donor reserved ($375) or hillside ($125) areas are still available and fans are encouraged to purchase as soon as possible to guarantee themselves a ticket for this year’s football season. Season tickets in these areas, as well as the limited single seats in the non-donor sections, will be available for purchase online at cyclones.com, by phone at 888-478-2925, or in person at the Iowa State Athletics Ticket Office beginning at 8 a.m. on Thursday morning.
“When I was named head coach of our football program four years ago I encouraged fans to purchase their season tickets because I expected a time when purchasing a single game ticket in Jack Trice Stadium was going to be impossible”, said head football coach Paul Rhoads. “That time is very near and I could not be more proud of our fans.”
