ISU Prof and Ames Evangelist Ask Is the Bible the Only Source of Today's Morals
Debate starts at 7 p.m. on Iowa State University campus.

A child evangelist turned nonbeliever after studying the Bible and an ever faithful Whitefield Fellowship member will debate whether the good book is the absolute source for moral rules in today's society.
Hector Avalos, the child evangelist and now an professor of religious studies and Keith Darrell, an adult evangelist, will debate the topic 7 p.m. tonight at 2055 Hoover Hall. (Read more about the .)Â

The Iowa State Daily reported that Darrell began making presentations at the ISU Atheist and Agnostic Society about a year ago leading to tonight's debate.
Darrell said he would either debate whether the Bible is the source of moral rules in society or whether God exists. Avalos chose the Bible topic. Â
