Nothing went right for the Little Cyclones on Wednesday night at Williams Stadium in Des Moines, and everything went right for the Maroons.

Ames couldn't get their offense or their defense going in the first round of the playoffs, and a surging Maroon's offense ran wild against the Little Cyclones. Ames is headed home and Dowling is set to face its next opponent in the playoffs next Monday night.
