Vilsack Expected to Announce Corruption Policy Today
Christie Vilsack is expected to announce her plans to fight government waste, fraud and abuse Tuesday at a press conference in the Ames Public Library.

Christie Vilsack, who's running on the Democratic ticket for the Iowa's new 4th U.S. Congressional District, plans to announce a new policy on government coruption 10 a.m. today at the .
In a press advisory Vilsack said:
“In order to create layers of economic opportunity in our small towns and cities, the federal government must address the growing problem of waste, fraud, and abuse of taxpayer dollars in Washington. As a member of Congress I will support common-sense, bipartisan solutions to this problem and fight for responsible and efficient government."

Vilsack will make a stop in Ames first before moving on to Boone and then Audubon. She will be in Fort Dodge Thursday and Mason City on Friday.
