What Do You Want in this Empty Ames Space?
Visions for Vacancies, an occasional series, asks Ames residents how they want to see their town develop.

The ground floor of this 7,800-square-foot office building on Northridge Parkway just down the street from is empty. The two-story building has 3,900 square feet per floor and is right across the street from a completely vacant building.
The office space built in 2006 rents for $15.50 per square foot, according to the most recent information on loop.net. The building was built for information-technology tenants. Imed Studios on the second floor once used the entire building but downsized.
