Yum: Food Network Salutes Hickory Park's Salted Nut Roll as Best Sundae

Hickory Park has long been a favorite barbecue site for central Iowans.

But Food Network Magazine recently named the restaurant's salted nut roll sundae to the list of “50 States, 50 Ice Cream Treats”

Tiffany Wilkinson a manager at the BBQ smokehouse said the Salted Nut Roll sundae, a vanilla ice cream sundae topped with caramel and marshmallow cream was just the flavor that the food writer happened to order when he stopped in.
