'American Pickers' Star to Visit Ankeny Thursday

Are you a fan of the History Channel's "American Pickers"?

Then you don't want to miss this.

Mike Wolfe, the star of the show, will visit the Ankeny Fareway, 109 S.E. Oralabor Rd., for a meet and greet on Thursday, May 16. The event will be held at 1:30 p.m, according to Fareway's Twitter account.

Wolfe also will be at the Urbandale Hy-Vee from 4:30-5:30 p.m., according to the Des Moines Register.

Wolfe’s visit is in connection with American Vintage Hard Tea, the article said.
