This day camp for boys and girls ages 4 through 1st grade is held from 10 to 11:30 a.m., twice a week for three weeks. Children will have the opportunity to make new friends through games, crafts, stories, songs and simple projects. Cost is $25 for residents and $30 for non-residents. Classes are held at NW Elementary School.
- 4 years to enter Kindergarten - Tuesday/Thursday, June 4-20 and Monday/Wednesday, July 8-24.
- Kindergarten to 1st grade - Monday/Wednesday, June 3-19 and Tuesday/Thursday July 9-25.
Summer-Kids-In-The-Park (SKIP)Â -Â This is an afternoon camp from 1 to 3:30p.m., held Monday-Friday for boys and girls entering 2nd through 5th grades. This is an opportunity to make new friends while playing games, making crafts, taking walks or going on group trips. On Fridays, campers will spend the day at Prairie Ridge Aquatic Center. Cost is $40 for residents and $48 for non-residents. SKIP is held at Northwest Elementary; space is limited to 20 students.
Dates for the program are: June 3-7, June 10-14, June 17-21, June 24-28, July 8-12, July 15-19 and
July 22-26.

Youth in Parks - The Youth in Parks program is designed for students entering grades six through nine. Each week-long session will involve participants in a half-day of community service and a half-day of recreation (8a.m.-5p.m.). Cost is $80/week for residents and $100/week for non-residents. Students will meet each morning at the Outdoor Education Center and are required to bring a sack lunch.Â
Dates for the program are: June 3-7, June 10-14, June 17-21, June 24-28, July 8-12, July 15-19, July 22-26 and July 29-Aug 2.
