Kevin Koester Receives 2013 Champion Award

On Wednesday, the Brain Injury Alliance of Iowa presented Rep. Kevin Koester (R-Ankeny) with the 2013 Champion Award.  The presentation was made during the alliance’s 2013 Hill Day, held at the Capitol. 

Koester received the award in recognition of leadership on bills in the past and current year to prevent concussions in school sports. 

He is currently serving his third term in the House.
