Ankeny Boys Crack Top 10 in State Basketball Rankings

The Associated Press Iowa boys’ basketball poll was released Monday afternoon, reports the Des Moines Register, and the Ankeny Hawks are ranked No. 8. The rankings are below, with the number of first-place votes listed in parentheses.

Team records are through Sunday night, the newspaper said.

This week the Hawks play at Fort Dodge at 7:45 p.m. today, according to the CIML website, then are at home Friday at 7:45 p.m. to host the No. 9-ranked Valley Tigers.
