We’ll do some gentle warming (toe touches, leg and arm movements) to ease the heart rate up gradually and warm up muscles and joints. Then we’ll dance! We’ll use small movements at a rate/pace that is comfortable, modifying as needed along the way. We’ll move to approximately four or five songs, then cool down and stretch gently.
