1) Take the Little Ones to Tot Time

Tot Time is back at Kirkendall Public Library. Tot Time is a time set aside for kids and moms and other caregivers to gather, play and get to know one another.  The event is held in the library meeting room and begins at 9:30 a.m.

3) Ankeny Community Theatre Debuts New Performance Tonight

The Ankeny Community Theatre will debut its production tonight of "It Runs In The Family." The show continues through Sunday, Aug. 26. Showtimes are Friday and Saturday at 7:30 p.m., as well as Sunday at 2 p.m. Adult tickets are $15, senior citizens are $12 and youth tickets are $10.
