Kick your way through exercise boredom in this class that focuses on total fitness. Designed and led by an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Kick Mix incorporates cardiovascular conditioning, resistance training and flexibility exercises into one workout. Cardio kickbox will be the primary training mode, but several other modes, such as interval, tabata and circuit training will be included. Various types of equipment will be used to continually challenge your body. Kick Mix is appropriate for most fitness levels, but is not recommended for the formerly sedentary individual just beginning to exercise. Instructor: Ross
