Ankeny Football: Hawks Back Home Tonight as They Host Fort Dodge

The Ankeny Hawks are back home this week after a landslide victory against Sioux City North last Friday. The Hawks will play host to Fort Dodge tonight at Northview Stadium.

As the Hawks go into this game at 7-0, it doesn't seem like the 2-5 Dodgers stand much of a chance. Do you agree? Well, according to this reader poll conducted by the Des Moines Register, 93 percent of you say it's true.

Last week, the Hawks came away with an impressive 63-14 win over the Stars, moving the team to 7-0 for the season. Ankeny's Marshall Clark had a big night, scoring three touchdown catches for the Hawks.

Those going to the game tonight are in for a bit of a treat. It's Senior Night at Northview Stadium and players will be sporting "throwback" jersey – replicas of what the team wore during its 1970-71 season.
