Charges do not always result in convictions. All individuals listed below are innocent until proven guilty.
Nov. 18
Maggie L. Anderson, 36, Ankeny, was charged with filing a false police report following an incident at 1845 S.WW. White Birch Circle.

John S. Copeland, 45, Jefferson, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated (first offense) following a traffic stop in the 100 block of South Ankeny Blvd.

Justin D. Fertig, 19, Des Moines, was charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop near Southeast 14th and Maury streets.
John C. Lockard, 49, Ankeny, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated (third offense) and open container following a traffic stop near DMACC Boulevard and Southwest Oralabor Road.
Police responded to 825 S.W. Irvinedale Dr. at approximately 8:21 a.m. for a report of burglary from a vehicle.
Nov. 23
Sean M. Powell-Provencher, 19, Ankeny, was charged with third-degree burglary of a vehicle following an incident at 2113 N.W. Ninth St.
David A. Wheeler, 42, Des Moines, was charged with violating a no-contact order following an incident at 802 S.W. Ordnance Rd.
Nov. 24
Matthew D. Jamison, 23, Dallas Center, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated following a traffic stop near West First Street and Northwest Abbie Drive.
Jeffrey D. Lanning, 24, Ankeny, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated (first offense) following a traffic stop near 1825 N. Ankeny Blvd.
Jason J. Mraz, 30, Marion, was charged with criminal mischief following an incident at 2785 N. Ankeny Blvd.
Nov. 25
Cami L. Munger, 30, Ankeny, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia following an incident at 300 N.E. Frisk Dr.
Police responded to 1700 S.E. Delaware Ave. at approximately 11:23 a.m. for a report of forgery.
Nov. 28
Police responded to 616 N.W. Cherry Glen Dr. at approximately 8:11 a.m. for a report of third-degree burglary.
Nov. 29
Brian M. Wolf, 33, Grimes, was arrested on an outstanding warrant following an incident at 129 N. Ankeny Blvd.
Dec. 1
Police responded to 1715 S.E. Delaware Ave. at approximately 7:59 a.m. for a report of a burglary.
* In an earlier version of this blotter, we indicated that Steven Burt, 55, of Ankeny was arrested on multiple charges. We were informed by the Ankeny Police Department that Burt was not arrested following the incident. Ankeny Patch apologizes and sincerely regrets the error.
