Aug. 19

At 8:02 a.m., police responded to a report of fourth-degree theft at 3055 SE Delaware Ave.

Two juveniles were charged with disorderly conduct by fighting in public following an incident at , 1155 SW Cherry St.

Barbara A. Soi, 26, Des Moines, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated (first offense) following a stop at 317 NE Delaware Ave.

Aug. 20

David O. Ludvid Jacobson, 39, West Des Moines, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated (first offense) following a stop at Northwest Second Street and Northwest 72nd Place, Crocker Township.

Christopher L. Repplinger, 38, Delaware Township, was arrested on a Des Moines warrant at 6703 SE Bellagio Dr.

Aug. 21

Robert L. Shepherd IV, 23, Altoona, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated following a stop at Northeast 29th Street and Southeast 90th Street, Delaware Township.

Cody M. Loew, 19, Indianola, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated (first offense) and possession of alcohol by a minor following a stop at 1300-B SW Ordnance Rd.

Joel Ojeda Olivio, 27, Des Moines, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated (first offense) following a stop at 1910 SW White Birch Circle.

Michael J. Murphy, 19, Van Meter, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop on southbound Interstate 35 near Ankeny.

Jeremy P. Gatlin, 19, Winterset, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop on southbound Interstate 35 near Ankeny.

Aug. 22

Sean M. O’Connor, 26, Ankeny, was charged with operating with a revoked license and operating without registration following a stop at 100-B NE Delaware Ave.

Aug. 23

Ruth L. Johnson, 47, Ankeny, was charged with fifth-degree shoplifting following an incident at 109 SE Oralabor Rd.

Drew W. Parker, 22, Ankeny, was arrested on a Des Moines warrant 200-B SE Delaware Ave.
