Kevin D. Lebeau, 28, Ankeny, was charged with domestic assault with injury and child endangerment following an incident at 3206 Grant St.
Sept. 30
John H. Nelson, 44, Des Moines, was charged with conspiracy to deliver marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and operating a vehicle while intoxicated (first offense) following a traffic stop near 700 S.E. Oralabor Rd.

Robert N. Bennett, 28, Pleasant Hill, was arrested on a city of Des Moines warrant following a traffic stop near the 2800 block of Southwest Irvinedale Drive.
Kimberly R. Shafer, 31, Des Moines, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated following a traffic stop near the 200 block of Northwest State Street.

Joseph R. Buchmiller, 29, Boone, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and speeding following a traffic stop northbound Interstate 35 near mile marker 90.
