Sept. 23

Derrick S. Brevard, 41, no address provided, was charged with operating a vehicle without the owner’s consent following an incident at 309 N.E. Bel Aire Rd.

Sept. 26

A 17-year-old juvenile was charged with first-degree harassment following an incident at , located at 1002 S.E. National Dr.

Sept. 29

Kevin D. Lebeau, 28, Ankeny, was charged with domestic assault with injury and child endangerment following an incident at 3206 Grant St.

Sept. 30

John H. Nelson, 44, Des Moines, was charged with conspiracy to deliver marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and operating a vehicle while intoxicated (first offense) following a traffic stop near 700 S.E. Oralabor Rd.

Oct. 1 

Robert N. Bennett, 28, Pleasant Hill, was arrested on a city of Des Moines warrant following a traffic stop near the 2800 block of Southwest Irvinedale Drive.

Kimberly R. Shafer, 31, Des Moines, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated following a traffic stop near the 200 block of Northwest State Street.

Oct. 2

Joseph R. Buchmiller, 29, Boone, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and speeding following a traffic stop northbound Interstate 35 near mile marker 90.

Ashly N. Higgins, 18, Hampton, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated (first offense) following a traffic stop near Northeast 29^th and 90^th streets in Delaware Township.

Jacob T. Jacobsma, 34, Ankeny, was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon following an incident at 1165 S.W. Ordnance Rd.

Ashley M. Hoch, 23, Ankeny, was charged with domestic assault with injury following an incident at 513 N.E. Delaware Ave.

Jacquelyn M. Bartscher, 30, Slater, was charged with operating while intoxicated (first offense) following a traffic stop near the 1100 block of Southeast Magazine Road.

Charlotte M. Herzog, 54, Ankeny, was charged with fifth-degree theft (shoplifting) following an incident at , located at 410 N. Ankeny Blvd.

Allen C. Madsen, 63, Ankeny, was charged violation of a no-contact order following an incident at 3705 N.W. Second Pl.

Desiree M. Malson, 18, Polk City, was charged with fifth-degree theft following an incident at , located at 1002 S.E. National Dr.

Kathryn A. Gehrke, 23, West Des Moines, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and driving while her license was suspended following a traffic stop near the 200 block of Northwest Arlan Dr.
