Oct. 13

Michael D. Schmidt, 31, Saylor Township, was charged with third-degree theft (shoplifting) and driving while barred following an incident at Sportsman’s Wearhouse, located at 921 S.E. Oralabor Rd.

Bradley J. Buban, 24, Ankeny, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated following an incident near the 6800 block of Southeast Four Mile Drive.

Jeremy R. Jones, 25, Ankeny, was charged with assault – domestic abuse (simple) following an incident at , locate at 410 N. Ankeny Blvd.

Oct. 22

Eric E. Minner, 33, Ankeny, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated (first offense) and leaving the scene of a car accident resulting in property damage following an incident near South Ankeny Boulevard and Southeast Oralabor Road.

Oct. 23

Robert K. Tolson, 30, West Des Moines, was charged with possession of marijuana following an incident at 1010 S.E. National Dr.

Linard S. Walker, 25, Ankeny, was charged with assault – domestic abuse with injury following an incident at 1104 S.W. 50th St.

Oct. 24

Justin D. Keenan, 25, Ankeny, was charged with assault – domestic abuse (simple) following an incident at 317 N.E. 20th Ave.

Oct. 25

Jamie M. Martin, 27, Des Moines, was charged with violation of a no-contact order following an incident at 718 S. Ankeny Blvd.

Joshua V. Ogg, 24, Ankeny, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated following a traffic stop near the intersection of West First and Northwest Pleasant streets.

Oct. 26

Otis C. Foy, 41, Fort Dodge, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia following an incident at , located at 2505 S.E. Delaware Ave.

Justin T. Hovey, 23, Ames, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated following a traffic stop in the 1700 block of Northwest 10th Street.

Crasuan D. King, 22, Des Moines, was charged with third-degree burglary following an incident at 201 N.E. 12th Pl.

Rick A. Lindsey, 37, Ankeny, was charged with driving while barred following a traffic stop in the 200 block of East First Street.

Gail A. Mulert, 42, Des Moines, was charged with first-degree harassment following an incident at 209 N.W. College Ave.

Police responded to 1410 N.W. Cedarwood Dr. for a report of third-degree burglary of a vehicle.

Oct. 27

Fredrick L. Haskins, 48, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant following an incident at 1100 S.E. Oralabor Rd.

Kristi K. Mitchell, 28, Nevada, was charged with public intoxication following an incident at the , located at 6210 S.E. Convenience Blvd.

Douglas D. Morgan, 55, Atlantic, was charged with open container and driving with a revoked license following a traffic stop in the 800 block of East First Street.

Oct. 28

Timothy J. Hedden, 32, Des Moines, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated (first offense), failure to maintain control and failure to light rear license plate following an incident in the 200 block of Southwest Glenn.

Michael D. Stellpflug, 26, Ankeny, was charged with second-degree burglary following an incident at 1501 S.W. First St.

Oct. 29

Dustin J. Ackerman, 19, Ankeny, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop near , located at 302 S. Ankeny Blvd.

Rick A. Fontana, 24, Ankeny, was charged with assault – domestic abuse with injury following an incident at 357 N.E. Delaware Ave.

Andrew P. Loudon, 23, Ankeny, was charged with public intoxication following an incident at 1910 S.W. White Birch Cir.

A 16-year-old juvenile was charged with simple assault following an incident at 321 S.E. Lowell Dr.

Police responded to 2808 N.W. North Creek Cir. for a report of second-degree theft.
