Susan M. Bryant, 50, Des Moines, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated (first offense).
Justin C. Graves, 28, Ankeny, was charged with urinating or defecating in public.
July 25
Sterling R. James, 27, Des Moines, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated (first offense) and failure to have a driver’s license in possession.
Joshua J. Shineflew, 25, Ankeny, was charged with simple assault and third-degree harassment.
