Feb. 1

Trey J. Halfpop, 21, Ankeny, was charged with fifth-degree theft following an incident that occurred in the 1000 block of Southeast National Drive.

March 9

Shannon L. Conard, 40, Des Moines, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated following a traffic stop that occurred in the 7100 block of Northeast Second Street.

James J. Dixon, 50, Ankeny, was charged with neglect or nonsupport of a dependent adult following an incident that occurred in the 100 block of Southwest Sharmin Drive.

Police responded to the 900 block of Southeast Delaware Avenue at approximately 1:03 p.m. for a report of a burglary from a vehicle.

March 11

Stephen M. Belluchi, 53, Ankeny, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated following a traffic stop that occurred near the intersection of Southwest Oralabor Road and State Street.

Anthony P. Knapp, 22, Ankeny, was charged with possession of marijuana following an incident that occurred in the 200 block of Southwest State Street.

John K. Miille, 51, Ankeny, was charged with possession of marijuana following an incident that occurred 1700 block of Northwest Fourth Street.

Levi W. Nall, 21, Des Moines, was charged with possession of marijuana following an incident that occurred in the 1000 block of Southeast National Drive.

Police responded to the 2800 block of Southwest Oralabor Road at approximately 5:14 a.m. for a report of a burglary from a vehicle.

Police responded to the 2000 block of South Ankeny Boulevard at approximately 3:18 p.m. for a report of a burglary from a vehicle.
