Ankeny Police Blotter: OWIs, Other Alcohol-Related Charges for Sept. 26

All individuals listed below are innocent until proven guilty.

Sept. 9

Kevin M. Ogden, 40, Ankeny, was charged with public intoxication, assault on a police officer and interference with official acts following an incident at 1912 S.W. Third St.

Angelisa K. Sommars, 47, Ankeny, was charged with public intoxication and interference with official acts following an incident that occurred in the 300 block of Southwest Maple Street.

Sept. 12

Nicole L. Barnett, 25, Ankeny, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated following a traffic stop that occurred in the 2900 block of West First Street.

Rodrigo Rivera-Gonzalez III, 28, Des Moines, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated following a traffic stop that occurred in the 900 block of South Ankeny Boulevard.

Sept. 14

Richard P. Baker, 58, Ankeny, charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated (second offense) and arrested on an outstanding warrant following a traffic stop in the 1900 block of West First Street.

Ryan J. Chidester, 21, Ankeny, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated following a traffic stop that occurred in the 800 block of Southwest Oralabor Road.

Matthew J. Spurbeck, 39, Ankeny, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated following a traffic accident that occurred near the intersection of Northeast 54th Street and Delaware Avenue.

Eric J. Thaden, 26, Ankeny, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated following a traffic stop that occurred 1700 block of Southwest Prairie Trail Parkway.

Sept. 15

Melissa K. Carney, 30, Maxwell, was charged with public intoxication following an incident that occurred in the 2300 block of Four Seasons Drive.

Kenneth K. Knoner, 48, Ankeny, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated following a traffic stop that occurred in the 400 block of Northeast Fifth Street.

Todd B. Lombard, 49, Ankeny, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, possession of marijuana and methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop on northbound Interstate 35 near mile marker 90.
