Sept. 16

Jeremy R. Smolick, 28, Des Moines, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated following an incident near 2139 S. Ankeny Blvd.

Sept. 23

Kimberlee K. Leinen, 26, Ankeny, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and an accident causing property damage following an incident near 1309 S.E. Delaware Ave.

Sept. 25

Candice L. Bryant, 47, Des Moines, was charged with fifth-degree theft following an incident at 1935 S.E. Delaware Ave.

Kim R. Courtney, 51, Ankeny, was charged simple assault (domestic abuse) following an incident at 417 N.E. Trilein Dr.

Michael J. Julich, 31, Ankeny, was charged with domestic abuse assault resulting in injury following an incident at 1415 S.W. 41st Ct.

Darren J. Wilson, 37, Des Moines, was arrested on two Polk County warrants following an incident at 1307 S.E. Delaware Ave.

Sept. 26

Christopher M. Swanson, 45, Ankeny, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated (first offense), possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop near Southwest Third and Logan streets.

Sept. 28

Dana L. Willis, 41, Des Moines, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated (first offense) following a traffic stop near the 1200th block of Southeast Oralabor Road.
