Ankeny Police: Drug Charges, Burglaries Top Oct. 25 Blotter

Oct. 2
Angela M. Miller, 32, Collins, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief following an incident that occurred in the 300 block of Southwest Maple Street.
Katie M. Smith, 29, Alleman, was charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop that occurred in the 3000 block of Southwest State Street.
Oct. 3
Scott G. Bailey, 33, Des Moines, was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop that occurred in the 1300 block of Southwest Ordnance Road.
Donald A. Gibson, 35, Ankeny, was charged with third-degree sexual abuse following an incident that occurred in the 1600 block of Northwest Second Street.
Tanner J. Hucka, 25, Ankeny, was arrested on an outstanding Polk County warrant following an incident that occurred in the 3200 block of Northwest 20th Street.
Oct. 5
A vehicle burglary was reported in the 400 block of Southwest School Street at approximately 2:53 p.m.
Oct. 7
Joseph M. Rhodes, 21, Ankeny, was charged with third-degree burglary following an incident that occurred 2300 block of Southwest Oralabor Road.
Oct. 8
John B. Borland, 47, Ankeny, was charged with domestic abuse assault with injury following an incident that occurred in the 1100 block of Southeast Mallard Creek Drive.
