Feb. 21
Brandon R. Franklin, 28, Ankeny, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia following an incident in the 100 block of Southwest Linden Street.

Brady J. Majors, 18, Ankeny, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop that occurred in the 1000 block of Southeast Delaware Avenue.
Angela L. McWilliams, 32, Ankeny, was charged with assault (domestic abuse with injury) following an incident that occurred in the 800 block of Northeast Michael Court.
Police responded to the 6700 block of Southeast Bellagio Drive at approximately 12:26 a.m. for a report of theft from a motor vehicle.
Feb. 22
Landon C. Buchman, 20, Ankeny, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and driving with a revoked license following a traffic stop that occurred in the 300 block of Northeast Trilein Drive.
Eric J. Collins, 19, Ankeny, was charged with third-degree harassment following an incident that occurred in the 2000 block of South Ankeny Boulevard.
Michael L. Davis, 26, Des Moines, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated following a traffic stop that occurred near the intersection of Southeast 17th Street and Four Mile Drive.
Feb. 23
Ernie Albarran, 24, Des Moines, was arrested on an outstanding warrant following a traffic stop that occurred near the intersection of Southeast Oralabor Road and PDI Place.
Diego E. Munoz, 24, Ogden, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated (second offense) and driving with a revoked license following a traffic stop that occurred in the 300 block of South Ankeny Boulevard.
Nathaniel C. Wessen, 31, Des Moines, was charged with driving while barred (habitual offender) following a traffic stop.
Nicholas E. Westphal, 35, Ankeny, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated following a traffic stop that occurred in the 900 block of Northwest Maple Street.
