Ankeny Police: Identity Theft, Possession of Marijuana, Burglaries Top Blotter for March 18

Feb. 24
Paulette J. Breon, 45, Ames, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated (second offense) and possession of prescription drugs following a traffic stop that occurred near the intersection of Northeast 14th and 54th streets.
Raymond L. Raske, 34, Ames, was charged with possession of marijuana, methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia following an incident that occurred in the 1900 block of Southeast Delaware Avenue.
Police responded to the 200 block of Southeast Delaware Avenue at approximately 12:52 a.m. for a report of a burglary.
Feb. 25
Benjamin C. Dorr Lacombe, 23, Ankeny, was charged with false use of credit cards and identity theft following an incident that occurred in the 2800 block of Southwest Polk City Court.
Adam S. Scarlett, 20, Des Moines, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop that occurred in the 1800 block of Southwest State Street.
Feb. 26
Police responded to the 1000 and 900 blocks of Northwest Boulder Point Place for a report of a burglary from a construction site.
Feb. 27
Keisha A. Holm, 18, Ankeny, was charged with fourth-degree theft following an incident that occurred in the 1900 block of Southeast Delaware Avenue.
Feb. 28
Machelle M. Mullins, 25, Des Moines, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated following a traffic stop that occurred near the intersection of South Ankeny Boulevard and Southeast Oralabor Road.
March 1
Police responded to the 200 block of Northeast 12th Street at approximately 5:18 p.m. to conduct a sexual abuse investigation.
March 2
Terry L. Campbell, 45, Des Moines, was charged with third-degree theft following an incident that occurred at Kum & Go, 1825 N. Ankeny Blvd.
Karen L. Deters, 55, Ankeny, was charged with fifth-degree theft and trespassing following an incident that occurred in the 800 block of South Ankeny Blvd.
