Ankeny Police: Neighborhood Burglaries, Forgery Top Blotter for Nov. 26

Oct. 22

Seth T. Heles, 19, Des Moines, was charged with driving while barred (habitual offender) following a traffic stop that occurred 1500 block of Northeast Kari Ann Court.

Police responded to the 3000 block of Southwest White Birch Drive at approximately 10:33 a.m. for a report of a burglary.

Police responded to the 1200 block of Northeast Cold Harbor Drive at approximately 10:59 a.m. for a report of a burglary.

Oct. 23

Christopher A. Holt, 21, Pleasant Hill, was charged with possession of marijuana following a traffic stop that occurred near mile marker 90 on southbound Interstate 35.

Mark G. Keniston, 23, Des Moines, was arrested on an outstanding warrant following an incident that occurred in the 300 block of Southeast Lowell Drive.

Oct. 24

Morgan P. VanBuren, 24, Chicago, Ill., was charged with forgery and conspiracy to commit a felony following an incident that occurred at 2505 S.E. Delaware Ave.

Oct. 25

Police responded to the 600 block of Southeast Grant Street at approximately 5:01 p.m. for a report of a burglary.

Oct. 26

Police responded to the 1400 block of Southwest Tradition Drive at approximately 8:16 a.m. for a report of a burglary.

Police responded to the 700 block of Southeast Dalbey Drive at approximately 9:59 a.m. for a report of a burglary.

Police responded to 1 Sysco Pl. at approximately 4:02 p.m. for a report of a burglary from a vehicle.

Police responded to the 300 block of Northwest College Avenue at approximately 6:27 a.m. for a report of a burglary to a vehicle and criminal mischief.
