Ankeny Police: OWIs, Violation of No-Contact Order Top Blotter for March 25

March 8

Joeanna K. Billington, 40, Polk City, was charged with public intoxication following an incident that occurred at the Ankeny Police Department, 411 S.W. Ordnance Rd.

March 12

Rodney D. Karas, 32, Maxwell, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop that occurred near the intersection of Southwest Second Street and Flynn Drive.

Zachary S. Kritenbrink, 24, Ankeny, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated (second offense) following a traffic stop that occurred near the 1700 block of North Ankeny Boulevard.

Jesus R. Villasenor Gutierrez, 28, Ankeny, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated following a traffic stop that occurred in the 300 block of Southwest Maple Street.

March 13

Cindy A. Arbogast, 58, Ankeny, was charged with fifth-degree theft following an incident that occurred in the 1900 block of Southeast Delaware Avenue.

Eric J. Mead, 27, Creston, was charged with violation of a no-contact order following an incident that occurred in the 6700 block of Southeast Bellagio Drive.

March 14

Bailey M. Mendenhall, 25, Saylor Township, was charged with interference with official acts following an incident that occurred in the 700 block of Northeast 47th Place.

Sabrina L. Miller, 24, Ankeny, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated following a traffic stop that occurred near the intersection of South Ankeny and DMACC boulevards.

March 15

Tara J. Simonson, 24, Ankeny, was charged with operating while intoxicated (second offense) following a traffic stop that occurred near the intersection of Southwest 28th Street and Highpointe Drive.

March 16

Michael L. Querry, 41, Grinnell, was charged with fifth and second-degree theft and driving with a suspended license following a traffic stop that occurred near the intersection of Southeast Corporate Woods Drive and Delaware Avenue.
