Ankeny Police: Public Intox, Possession of Marijuana, Theft Top Charges for March 14

Feb. 17
Gary J. Hockey, 45, Saylor Township, was charged with driving with a revoked license following a traffic stop that occurred in the near the southbound on-ramp to Interstate 35 on East First Street.
Raymond A. Soto-Campbell, 24, Ankeny, was charged with assault (domestic abuse - simple) following an incident that occurred in the 400 block of Northeast Trilein Drive.
Feb. 18
Christopher W. Anagnost, 22, Ames, was charged with possession of marijuana following a traffic stop that occurred on northbound Interstate 35 near mile marker 93.
Benjamin K. Bates, 30, Ankeny, was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia following an incident that occurred in the 200 block of Northeast Trilein Drive.
Richard D. Celander III, 33, Ankeny, was charged with public intoxication and verbal domestic abuse following an incident that occurred in the 100 block of Northwest State Street.
Brandon E. Tesdell, 22, Ames, was charged with possession of marijuana following a traffic stop that occurred on northbound Interstate 35 near mile marker 93.
Feb. 19
Karl W. Whitehurst, 19, Ankeny, was charged with driving with a revoked license following a traffic stop that occurred in the 1100 block of Southwest State Street.
Feb. 20
Dustin D. Debrower, 21, Des Moines, was charged with fifth-degree theft following an incident at Walmart, 1002 S.E. National Dr.
Kailin N. Debrower, 19, Saylor Township, was charged with fifth-degree theft following an incident at Walmart, 1002 S.E. National Dr.
Kellie A. Heiken, 24, Ankeny, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated following a traffic stop that occurred in the 100 block of Southwest Arlan Drive.
Grant T. Laverty, 18, Ankeny, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated following a traffic stop that occurred in the 500 block of Northwest School Street.
Police responded to the 1900 block of Winter Park Drive at approximately 3:48 p.m. for a report of a home burglary.
Police responded to the 4200 block of Southwest Fourth Street at approximately 5:16 p.m. for a report of burglary and criminal mischief.
