Ankeny School Board to Consider Athletic Director's Resignation at Special Meeting

The resignation of Ankeny school district's athletic director is among the agenda items for a special school board meeting.

The meeting will be held Friday at noon in the district board room. The board will consider several personnel items in addition to the resignation of Kevin Biggs, who has been with the district since 2011.

The board will also consider contracts for Emily Phommachack to be the head girls tennis coach and Eric Klingensmith to be the head debate coach, both at Centennial High School. It will also consider the resignation of Rachel Antelman, first grade teacher at Westwood Elementary School.
