Ankeny Student Art Showcased at Veridian’s Annual ArtShare Premiere
More than 140 people attended the event, which showcased 28 original works of art that will remain on display at Veridian's Ankeny branch throughout 2013.

Select Ankeny High School art students shared their work with family, friends and the community at Veridian Credit Union’s annual ArtShare premiere last Thursday.
More than 140 people attended the event, which showcased 28 original works of art that will remain on display at Veridian’s Ankeny branch throughout 2013.
Each piece is selected for the ArtShare program by Ankeny High School Art Department leaders. Mediums range from digital photography and graphic design to paintings and pottery.
“ArtShare affords our students the rare and important opportunity to showcase their work in a public forum,” said Dave Zuck, Ankeny High School Art Teacher. “Students take a lot of pride in seeing their pieces professionally displayed and sharing them with their community.”
The ArtShare Premiere in Ankeny was held in conjunction with the Ankeny Chamber’s January Business After Hours event.
