Intermittent inside lane closures will occur along West First Street at the intersections of Walnut, Pleasant and School Streets on Tuesday, April 21, 2020. These lane closures are necessary to allow televising work to be completed, construction will occur between the hours of 9 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., weather permitting.
