March 27
Susan L. Courtney, 45, Des Moines, was charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop that occurred in the 500 block of Northeast Delaware Avenue.

Jonathan L. Fier, 28, Altoona, was charged with second-degree theft following an incident that occurred in the 1600 block of South Ankeny Boulevard.
Police responded to the 2100 block of Southeast Delaware Avenue at about 11:04 a.m. for a report of a theft.

March 28
Whitney M. Brown, 22, Ankeny, was charged with simple assault following an incident that occurred in the 1900 block of West First Street.
Anthony P. Knapp, 21, Des Moines, was arrested on an outstanding warrant following a traffic stop that occurred in the 500 block of Northeast Third Street.
Police responded to the 3200 block of Southwest 29th Street at about 2:51 p.m. for a report of a burglary.
Police responded to the 900 block of East First Street at about 4:23 p.m. for a report of a vehicle burglary.
March 29
Logan K. Hearshman, 22, Des Moines, was charged with driving while barred (habitual offender) following a traffic stop that occurred in the 200 block of Southwest Magazine Road.
Kenneth C. Madison, 31, Saylor Township, was charged with simple assault and two counts of child endangerment following an incident that occurred in the 6700 block of Southeast Bellagio Drive.
March 31
Aaron K. Alter, 35, Ankeny, was charged with disorderly conduct, public intoxication and interference with official acts following an incident that occurred in the 700 block of South Ankeny Boulevard.
