Here we go again. With 400 more kids than last year. More buses and more routes and more drivers - this town continues to grow and grow. One observation from this past summer that sticks with me is the Summerfest Parade. It appears that it is losing steam. No horses, no clowns, very little music, no Shriners, no little cars, and an hour shorter than last year. I know the kids in front of my house still had a good time with all of the candy that gets thrown...but what happened to the "show".
