BATTLE THAT BODY!

Battling ropes are a great way to change up your workout.  This rope system has many benefits.  For starters, rope drills are a form of high intensity interval training.  This means that you perform short but high intensity intervals of work followed by recovery periods.  The length and intensity of each interval depends on your fitness level and goals.

Secondly, rope drills are one of the best functional exercises.  According to research, exercising in a functional way improves muscular endurance, flexibility, joint health, cardiorespiratory endurance and much more.

Lastly, battling ropes are convenient and simple to implement and can be used anywhere - outside or inside, in a gym or even in your own back yard.
Battle your body into shape and try some waves, slams, pulls and criss-crosses.
