Ankeny Patch welcomes its newest advertiser, P90X!

P90X fitness classes are now offered for the first time in Iowa, right here in Ankeny. Nick Jarosh and Rick Fleener are the certiified trainers and are 2 of only 4 in the state of Iowa. They model the classes after the at-home fitness program. They hold classes at 5:30 am Monday, Wednesday and Friday at Ankeny Parks and Rec, 210 N. Ankeny Blvd and they also offer classes in the evening at Anytime Fitness. The 6 week session is priced at only $125. P90X consists of challenging workouts that use resistance and body-weight training, cardio, plyometrics, ab work, martial arts and yoga. Contact Rick 371-9633 or Nick 371-5881 for more details.
