Was this another case of political intimidation by the Obama administration?

In 2011 the Gibson Guitar Corporation was raided by the federal government because of some supposed illegal practices with importing the materials for their product.  There was never any evidence of any wrong doing by Gibson, but the government seized many of Gibson's raw materials for their products anyway, and they were forced to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars in a settlement. New information may be shedding new light on that raid.  That new information is what the IRS and the Obama administration did for targeting political opponents.  An analysis by Investors Business Daily found that the CEO of Gibson is a GOP donor.  And oddly enough the CEO of one of Gibson's top competitors, Martin & Co., is a long time Democrat donor. And even more odd is that Martin & Co. used wood from the very same source as what the government was raiding Gibson about. Could it be that the government used their power to intimidate and harm a competitor of one of their long time donors? It certainly is an intriguing question to ask.
