Cazador Mexican Restaurant Falls Victim to Theft: Ankeny Police Blotter for Jan. 10

Dec. 23

Francisco J. Munguia, 20, Des Moines, was charged with simple assault, possession of cocaine and harassment of public officers following an incident that occurred 2000 block of West First Street.

Police responded to Cazador Mexican Restaurant, 103 N.E. Delaware Ave., at approximately 8:05 a.m. for a report of a theft.

Police responded to the 100 block of North Ankeny Boulevard at approximately 2:32 p.m. for a report of a burglary from a vehicle.

Dec. 25

Sabreen S. Al Hameed, 20, Des Moines, was charged with driving while barred (habitual offender) following an incident that occurred in the 1900 block of West First Street.

Holly A. Staab, 32, Ankeny, was charged with fourth-degree theft following an incident that occurred at the Laundry Place, 308 N. Ankeny Blvd.

Dec. 26

Ayokunle G. Lijadu, 21, Ankeny, was charged with domestic abuse assault following an incident that occurred in the 2100 block of West First Street.

Dec. 27

Cody L. Cook, 18, Marshalltown, was charged with possession of marijuana following an incident that occurred in the 800 block of Southwest 28th Street.

Police responded to the 1600 block of Northwest 30th Court at approximately 8:03 a.m. for a report of a burglary.

Police responded to Radio Shack, 2005 S.E. Delaware Ave., at approximately 8:53 p.m. for a report of a theft.
