The signed detour route for northbound users will be the new trail connection from the High Trestle Trail to SW Maple Street. This is located near the south AMP pavilion/restroom. The detour takes users  east on to SW Maple Street over to the west sidewalk of SW Cherry Street, then heading north crossing West First Street, and lastly heading west along the north sidewalk of West First Street back to the High Trestle Trail connection.  The detour for southbound users will be the reverse of this route. A crosswalk signal is available at the SW Cherry/NW Ash and W First Street intersection. See map for details. Motorists should slow down and use extra caution in this area.
