City of Ankeny Considering Sale Requests for Properties in Uptown Ankeny
Both properties are located on Southwest Third Street in Ankeny.
The City of Ankeny is considering the sale of two properties in the Uptown Business District and have prepared a request for proposals for each property including information regarding the properties and the proposal documents. The properties are located at:
- 716 S.W. Third St. (former fire station)
- 803 S.W. Third St.
The submittal deadline is Nov. 16, 2012.
