April 10

Daniel G. Johnston, 35, Crocker Township, was charged with violating a no-contact order following an incident that occurred in the 2900 block of South Ankeny Boulevard.

Police responded to the 2500 block of Northwest 12th Street at about 2:33 a.m. for a report of an assault.

Police responded to a construction site in the 3300 block of Northwest Edgewater at about 8:02 a.m. for a report of third-degree burglary.

April 11

Edward P. Reilly, 47, Ankeny, was arrested on an outstanding Polk County warrant following a traffic stop that occurred in the 100 block of Southwest Springfield Drive.

Ann M. Soroka, 46, Urbandale, was charged with fourth-degree theft following an incident that occurred at Fareway, 109 S.E. Oralabor Road.

A 15-year-old juvenile was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of narcotics with intent to deliver following an incident that occurred at Northview Middle School, 1302 N. Ankeny Blvd.

Police responded to a construction site near Northeast 36th Street and Delaware Avenue at about 3:18 p.m. for a report of second-degree theft.
