Driving Without a License Charges Fill Ankeny Police Blotter

Dec. 9

Haley Ann Halligan, 21, of Urbandale, was charged with OWI.

Dec. 10

Kennard Wilson Hardy, 46, of Ankeny, was charged with failure to have a valid drivers license and held on a warrant.

Dec. 11

Randell Lee Dudley, 41, of Des Moines, was charged with driving while his drivers license is revoked.

Miguel Angel Alvarez Espinoza, 36, of Sidney, was charged with driving while his drivers license is revoked.

Dec. 12

Frank Du Sean Miller, 35, of Ames, was charged with driving while his license is suspended or revoked, and held on a Des Moines warrant.

Dec. 15

Joel David Callison, 27, of Ankeny, was charged with public intoxication.

Dec. 16

Elizabeth Marie Marsden, 23, of Rockwell City, was charged with OWI.
