Dunkin' Donuts Planning an Ankeny Location

Get excited – Ankeny is soon to become home to one of several planned Dunkin' Donuts central Iowa locations.

According to the Des Moines Register, franchisees Jeff Kelderman and Lori Kelderman High plan to build a store next year in a new retail center being developed by Denny Elwell at North Ankeny Boulevard and 18th Street, south of Dahl’s.

The brother-sister team also is set to start construction on a Dunkin’ Donuts shop on Lincoln Way in Ames that will open early next year, the article said. They also have locations planned for Marshalltown and Des Moines' east side.
