Elementary PTOs and the Ankeny Parents’ Association (APA) will co-host a school board candidate forum this Sunday, Aug. 21, 6:30 p.m. in the Ankeny High School auditorium, located at 1155 SW Cherry St.
The Ankeny Chamber of Commerce also will host a school board candidate forum on Wednesday, Aug. 31, at 6:30 p.m. in the AHS auditorium. Questions may be submitted for this forum prior to the event at jcooper@ankeny.org
Both forums are open to the public; residents and parents of school-aged children are encouraged to attend and become informed on election issues.
