(TAKE), Neveln Center, and the Ankeny Community Education Advisory Council invite you to attend the annual all-you-can-eat waffle breakfast. Join us in the Neveln Center Dining Room, 406 S.W. School St., on Saturday, April 14, between 7:30-10:30 a.m. The tickets are $7 per person. Children five and under will be served free.
TAKE is located on the third floor of the Neveln Center and is open Monday through Friday from 9:30-11 a.m. for the distribution of donated clothing at no cost to the recipient. There is also no qualifying criteria. They are also open on the second Saturday of each month from 9:30-11:30 am. TAKE has no source of revenue to meet rent and other expenses, than from the proceeds of the annual waffle breakfast and donations from the community.
TAKE is proud to share that we serve over 400 families a month and are cooperating participants in the Project Fresh Start school supply program, the Prom Dress Giveaway, and the Service Center’s Holiday events. We also work in cooperation with (RRACAP).
