This class is an introduction to floral design. You will learn to tie florist bows, perform basic wiring and taping techniques, the basics of line and design, and constructing boutonnieres, corsages and simple floral arrangements.  You will also learn the proper storage and handling of cut flowers and greens. Students are encouraged to bring a pocket knife, scissors and wire cutters.
