Interested in a great way to keep fit and have fun? Try the beautiful, ancient art of belly dancing. Des Moines Area Community College (DMACC) is offering a newly formatted beginning Belly Dance class that will provide an introduction to veil and zills. Items may be borrowed from the instructor or purchased for about $25.
The class will be held from 6 to 7 p.m. on Mondays from Feb. 13 through March 19 in Bldg. #5 Room 41 on the DMACC Ankeny Campus. The cost is $30. To register for this class (CRN 26642), call (515) 964-6800 by Wed., Feb. 8.
