Main Gallery:
“Generations” is a father and
son exhibit that represents creative expressions of both John Brommel (father)
and Jason Brommel (son). Both artists are very creative individuals and are also very prolific in the ability to reinvent oneself as artists and maintain a constantly renewing horizon of discovery.
John Brommel’s own personal style is one that marries the arcane with sublime. His graphically rich depictions have an “out of space and time” quality that blends miraculously with his life-like human depictions. Color, vibrancy and deep rooted meaning in the chords of life jump from J. Brommel’s work.
Jason Brommel is an accomplished painter,
illustrator, graphic designer and a socially active catalyst for positive changes in the arts. His highly sought-after works speak for themselves. His art and projects have been featured on many big name national and local new, radio, and paper.
Side Gallery:
“The Monster Manual” D. Ryan Allen’s Monster manual tribute show-
This exhibit will feature drawings from D. Ryan Allen draws monsters from the first edition Advance Dungeons & Dragons Monster Manual.
The Monster Manual was a fully illustrated A to Z compendium of monsters for use in the role playing game Dungeons and Dragons. This book was of a childhood favorite and a touchstone in Ryan's early artistic development and fuel for his imagination.
Now years later, Ryan revisits this beloved classic, drawing many of the monsters featured within its pages.
