The Des Moines Area Community College (DMACC) Winter Concert I will be held at 7:30 p.m., Fri., Dec. 9 in the Bldg. #6 Auditorium on the DMACC Ankeny Campus.
Sounds of the season will include titles such as Sleigh Ride and Silver Bells. DMACC has selected Spain as the focus country of its International Year for the 2011-2012 year; and the choirs will be singing pieces in Spanish to participate in this year- long celebration.
There is no admission charge and the audience is invited to join the performers for a reception after the concert.
