In conjunction with the "Tip Your Hat to Reading" Book Fair at the high school, students can participate in a “Let’s Pass the Hat” fundraiser and contest on Friday, February 24.
- Any AHS student can donate a dollar to First Book (www.firstbook.org), an organization that provides access to new books for children in need.
- The student can then wear a hat in school all day, hassle free!
- Students who stop by the AHS Media Center and have their picture taken will be entered into the “most unique hat” contest to win prizes.
