The Northwest Elementary School PTO is holding its first-ever multi-vendor show and bake sale today from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Each grade level's baked goods proceeds will go to a non- profit organization in the community, including —
- Pre-Kindergarten - Amanda the Panda
- Kindergarten - Animal Rescue League
- First grade - Red Rock Community
- Second grade - Ankeny Service Center
- Third grade - Shoes that Fit
- Fourth grade - The Ankeny Klothing Exchange
- Fifth grade - Project Fresh Start

In addition to the bake sale, the event will feature more than 40 vendors, including Thirty One bags, Norwex and Tastefully Simple.
